Mexican Food and Alexei!
September 17, 2018
This week we have been trying to find new people to teach and to try to encourage Alexei to get baptized. So I was able to do the interview and it went super well and the act of using the spirit to find the exact doubts and needs of people is absolutely powerful because it wasn’t me who was talking. Miracles are sometimes hidden in the little things that we can only see with spiritual eyes. So this past Friday Alexei was baptized. In these weeks he is in the scout program and he is going to try to continue doing the two things and it is super! He got baptized in the ward called Pascuales.
We did some service this week and I forgot my sunblock, usually I carry it with me where ever I go so we got so sunburned. We were pulling out weeds in a gated community and so we could use it to have English classes.
We also had some Mexican food! I had chimichangas and enchiladas. Practicing my pronunciation with words that I learned with an accent is super weird. Anyway the food was super good. Some other food we had here was Guatita and caldo de bola. Still by far my favorite (Caldo de bola) They sell Jamaica at the Mexican restaurant too so that was super good.
Thanks for reading today and talk to you next week!
Atentamente,
Elder Wilhelm
